take some newspapers roll them and tape them together just leave one gap on the top
cut a bone shape from cardboard
tape the bone on the back side of the newspaper roll
cover it in masking tape but don't block the gap
paint it
search "kong's axe" on google and draw only glowing blade part on a cardboard
cut it out and paint it
put the glowing blade in the gap
put some glue gun on the part where the newspaper and blade are touching together
play with it!
